Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Crave Hair Studio requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.

Customers who fail to attend an appointment without providing notice are subject to a no-show fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.

Credit Card on File

A valid credit card is required to secure appointments at Crave Hair Studio.

Payment information is handled through our authorized payment processing and salon management systems.

By providing a card and accepting the booking policies, customers authorize applicable cancellation or no-show fees as disclosed during the booking process.
